We are looking for an <strong>Account Executive</strong> to join our extraordinary Enterprise Sales team focusing on LATAM Accounts. This is a chance to work with a "challenger brand" mentality—offering you the opportunity to do things you might not have been allowed to do before.</p> <p>You will be crucial in steering where we are headed. This is a remote role, meaning you can forget the daily traffic jams and commute from your bedroom to your home office in moments. We trust you to manage your schedule, balancing your home office time with client visits.</li> <li><strong>Engage at the Highest Levels:</strong> Navigate complex organizations and present to multiple decision-makers, including the C-Suite, ensuring our value proposition is heard by key stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Drive Market Impact:</strong> Help companies across every size and vertical improve their customer experience and accelerate their time to market.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>This Role Requires:</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Language Proficiency:</strong> <strong>Fluency in Spanish is required</strong> to effectively communicate and build relationships across diverse markets.</li> <li><strong>Travel Requirements:</strong> Ability and willingness to <strong>travel up to 25% of the time</strong> for client meetings and regional events.</li> <li><strong>Substantial Experience:</strong> Approximately 3+ years of sales experience, specifically with a background in selling software to F1000 organizations.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Mindset:</strong> A proven history of success in enterprise sales, with the ability to navigate complex deal cycles.</li> <li><strong>Consultative Approach:</strong> Experience in consultative, enterprise solutions selling—you listen first and solve second.</li> <li><strong>Ambition and Collaboration:</strong> A desire to succeed combined with excellent teaming skills; we value those who lift the wider team while achieving their own goals.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Bonus Points:</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Industry Knowledge:</strong> Experience selling Observability, DevOps, or related cloud software solutions.</li> <li><strong>Educational Background:</strong> A related university degree or equivalent practical experience.</li> </ul> <p>Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.</p> <p>#LI-<em>KM1</em></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the on target earnings (salary plus target sales incentives) for the listed position.
