The Contracts Counsel will work closely with procurement, supply chain, sales, and project execution teams to move contracts efficiently from intake through signature and through execution while ON.energy is seeking a Contracts Counsel to review and negotiate supply chain contracts, sales contracts, and related commercial agreements, as well as provide project execution support across our energy storage, power infrastructure, and data center energy solutions. This role centers on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of commercial agreements with suppliers, equipment vendors, contractors, customers, and project partners. Complex Contract Negotiation

Lead negotiation and drafting of sophisticated agreements, including:

Energy storage project agreements
