Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping our digital acquisition strategy and ensuring we keep our existing customers engaged and drive desired conversion action through on-going communication and outreach. You will manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, leverage data-driven insights, and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and analytics to optimize performance. This role requires a strategic and data-driven marketer who can translate complex performance metrics into actionable insights.</p> <p> </p> <h4>Your responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Campaign Execution: Manage the day-to-day execution of growth marketing campaigns across Paid Search (SEM),Programmatic, Online Video, and other relevant channels. Ensure campaigns are properly configured and optimized for performance and ROI.</li> <li>Channel Optimization: Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and lifetime value (LTV).</li> <li>Strategy Development: Work with the Head of Growth Marketing to develop, implement, and iterate on strategies that scale acquisition efforts while maximizing efficiency.</li> <li>Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics tools to derive insights from campaign performance and provide regular reporting on results. Ensure data accuracy and provide recommendations based on findings.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and overall marketing strategy.</li> <li>High-Velocity Experimentation: Run experiments on new creative, targeting strategies, and bid optimization to continuously enhance campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities.</li> <li>Budget Management: Assist with budget allocation across channels, ensuring that each dollar spent delivers maximum impact while staying within ROI constraints.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h4>About you</h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, particularly Paid Search (SEM), Programmatic and Online Video. Experience in consumer finance is a must.</li> <li>Expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Trade Desk, and other platform-specific tools. Ability to configure campaigns and use analytics platforms like Google Analytics.</li> <li>Experience in lifecycle marketing, engaging current customers to drive repeat usage, upselling, or cross-selling additional products or services.</li> <li>Highly analytical and data-driven, with a proven track record of using data to drive marketing decisions and optimizations.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.</li> <li>Proven success in hitting aggressive growth targets, managing large budgets, and driving meaningful business outcomes.</li> <li>Detail-oriented and well-organized with a hard-working can-do attitude. </li> <li>Structured thinker and strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Our benefits </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Generous health benefits:</strong> We provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans with options for flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA).</li> <li><strong>Unlimited paid time off:</strong> Recharge with unlimited paid time off and 10 company holidays. </li> <li><strong>Flexible remote and onsite work:</strong> Our teams work from many different locations and time zones. Point has identified the expected annual base salary for this role at this level based on the market by tiers (Region | Location | Market Salary):</p> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Tier 1 | San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and Seattle | $158,650 - $175,350</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Tier 2 | Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Portland, Sacramento, Philadelphia, Los Angeles & Santa Barbara |$142,785 - $157,815</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Tier 3 | All other US metro areas | $132,050 - $145,950</li> </ul> <p>This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews, coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors, to determine final compensation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Location Requirement: This is a remote position.
