In this role, you’ll partner closely with our recruiters and hiring managers. This is a full-cycle sourcing role, which includes building targeted search strategies for top quality passive candidates, engaging candidates through in-depth screening, selling the role/Point to sourced candidates, and provide consultation on your candidates throughout the process. You may also help on screening applicants and assist with candidate/hiring manager touchpoints when needed. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on helping us scale our team during a rapid growth phase!</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Source, recruit, and attract high-quality passive candidates for key technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data, Design, etc) while being able to help with non technical roles when needed.</li> <li>Execute innovative sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, AI technologies, Boolean searches, professional networks, and more.</li> <li>Screen candidates extensively for qualification, culture fit, and alignment with role requirements. Able to sell our company brand, open role, and vision to attract candidates.</li> <li>Manage scheduling and coordination of interviews with your candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.</li> <li>Maintain and update accurate candidate data and pipeline activity within our ATS (Greenhouse experience preferred).</li> <li>Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and calibrate sourcing approaches accordingly.</li> <li>Track key metrics to measure sourcing effectiveness and continuously refine outreach strategies.</li> <li>Stay current on industry trends and market insights to inform and improve recruitment practices.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of true sourcing experience (searching and screening passive candidates), ideally within a fast-paced corporate or startup environment.</li> <li>Experience sourcing Technical roles (Software Engineers/Product) are required.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven experience managing full-cycle sourcing, including searching, scheduling, and screening candidates.</li> <li>Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean search, X-ray searches, and creative talent mapping across various platforms.</li> <li>Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI technologies, and other sourcing tools/methods.</li> <li>Global experience highly desired (Philippines, Mexico, Canada)</li> <li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Greenhouse experience strongly preferred.</li> <li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage passive candidates effectively and help sell Point’s role and vision.</li> <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.</li> <li>Passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience and contributing to a collaborative recruiting culture.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Compensation at Point will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location.
