As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly qualified and motivated LIMS/ VeeVa Specialist to join our team.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong><br> We are looking for an experienced LIMS Consultant to support an upcoming project focused on laboratory digitalization. The role will involve contributing to the design, configuration, and deployment of a Veeva Vault LIMS solution, including potential integrations with surrounding systems.<br> This position requires strong understanding of laboratory processes and hands‑on experience with one or more LIMS platforms. Experience with Veeva Vault applications is a strong advantage.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong></strong><br>   Participate in workshops to define business needs, system scope, and functional requirements<br>   Analyze current laboratory workflows and translate them into LIMS processes<br>   Contribute to the configuration and implementation of Veeva Vault LIMS<br>   Support data modeling, lifecycle configuration, and workflow design<br>   Collaborate with QA, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with GxP requirements<br>   Assist in defining and validating system interfaces (ERP, MES, CDS, ELN, instruments, middleware, etc.)<br>   Provide user support, documentation, and training as needed</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong></strong><br>   Proven experience working with one or more LIMS platforms<br> (e.g., LabWare, LabVantage, SampleManager, StarLIMS, or others)<br>   Strong understanding of laboratory operations, QC/QA processes, and sample lifecycle management<br>   Experience as an end user, key user, admin, or project team member on LIMS initiatives<br>   Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements<br>   Familiarity with GxP and CSV principles</p>
