This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives while achieving ambitious sales goals in the durable medical equipment (DME) and digital health space. This position covers the New England territory and may be based in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island, or Maine.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Overview of the Role</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>The Medical Sales Specialist (Outside Sales) is responsible for: </p><ul><li>Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources. </li><li>Driving new referrals and orders that meet and exceed sales quotas. </li><li>Educating providers and staff on CGMs, remote patient monitoring, and other Quest Health Solutions services. </li><li>Coordinating with internal teams (intake, customer service, document collection, etc.) to ensure seamless patient care and order fulfillment. </li><li>Serving as a trusted resource for providers by simplifying the referral process and improving patient access to care. </li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Conduct daily, in-person sales calls to establish new referral relationships and maintain ongoing business with assigned accounts. </li><li>Execute targeted territory call plans with Sales Leadership to maximize growth opportunities. </li><li>Build long-term, trusted partnerships with physicians, nurses, and office staff. </li><li>Provide education and presentations on Quest Health Solutions’ products and services. </li><li>Communicate clearly about Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage criteria and ordering processes. </li><li>Generate a steady stream of qualified referrals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals. </li><li>Collaborate across departments to ensure timely order processing and patient satisfaction. </li><li>Document call activity, pipeline updates, and results in Salesforce CRM. </li><li>Expand business within existing accounts through promotion of new service lines and cross-selling opportunities. </li><li>Expand business within existing accounts through promotion of new service lines and cross-selling opportunities. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in B2B or B2C sales. </li><li>Prior experience in DME, diabetes care, or healthcare sales preferred, but not required. </li><li>Proven sales drive with strong persuasion and closing skills. </li><li>Outstanding relationship-building abilities and a people-first personality. </li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. </li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other CRM tools preferred. </li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. </li><li>Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help patients manage their diabetes effectively. </li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Why Quest Health Solutions</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>At Quest Health Solutions, we are more than a company—we are a mission-driven team committed to improving lives.
