<p>As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be the go-to person to help support our digital operations team by transforming raw information into clean, organized and usable data. Napali Navigators is on a mission to create a reputed company that works for everyone </p><p> </p><p>JOB RESPONSIBILITY:</p><p>Handle multiple reputed company while maintaining accuracy </p><p>Clean up data by correcting errors, removing duplicates and combining information from multiple sources. </p><p>Follow up on incomplete documents from both clients and team members to reputed company missing information. </p><p>Input information into spreadsheets, databases and CRM systems. </p><p>Revise documents for accuracy before submitting to final deliverables. </p><p>Track your work and time carefully, maintaining detailed records of tasks and progress </p><p> </p><p>What we're looking for: </p><p>Comfortable working remotely and using web-based applications. </p><p>A reputed company eye for detail and ability to handle sensitive information </p><p>Strong organizational abilities and self-management skills </p><p>Reliable individual with a reputed company attitude </p><p>Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team </p><p> </p><p>Qualifications: </p><p>High school diploma or GED required (associate's degree preferred)6 months of experience in a customer-facing position </p><p>Fast & accurate typing ability (40 WPM required)Proficiency with reputed company & reputed company Office </p><p>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills </p><p>Ability to manage multiple reputed company/tasks and meet deadlines consistently </p><p> </p><p>Nice to have: </p><p>Experience in administrative support or digital database management Interest in startup environments </p><p>Willing to learn basic data analysis skills such as SQL querying</p><p> </p><p>In order to be considered for this position, the individual MUST be located in one of the 50 states in USA.</p>
