The Marketing Associate plays a critical execution role supporting RBG's marketing engine. This position is responsible for bringing campaigns to life across email, social media, paid channels, events and content - ensuring initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and with impact. The role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Supporting Partners and Operations to support pipeline growth, brand awareness, and internal communication. <br/>Key Responsibilities<br/>Campaign & Channel Execution<ul><li>Develop and support email marketing campaigns, including targeted outbound and nurture programs.</li><li>Support agency in content creation for all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).</li><li>Support paid search and paid social initiatives.</li><li>Support industry publications and PR releases, including coordination and asset preparation.</li></ul>Conference & Event Support<ul><li>Coordinate conference logistics, including shipping materials and swag to event locations.</li><li>Ensure booth, collateral, and assets are prepared and shipped on time pre-event; support post-event follow-up including shipping, content and communication.</li><li>Order and manage swag and promotional materials to support conferences, meetings and events. </li><li>Assist with content creation tied to events (emails, landing pages, social posts)</li></ul>Content & Creative Support<ul><li>Create and support content for internal employee communications and external client communications, including templates for presentations, decks, and marketing assets.</li><li>Support creation of campaign assets (emails, one-pagers, social copy, landing page copy).</li><li>Support end-of-year employee and client gifting initiatives; ideation and coordination.</li><li>Graphic design capabilities.</li></ul>Digital & Systems Support<ul><li>Build and update landing pages in HubSpot.</li><li>Track and report on campaign performance and execution statues - comfortable creating tracking tools if needed.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce is a plus (not required).</li></ul>What Makes You a Fit - Qualifications<ul><li>2-5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordinator role.</li><li>Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.</li><li>Experience supporting email marketing, social media, events, and/or campaigns.</li><li>Comfortable pivoting as priorities change; proactive and execution focused.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects.</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive and reliable with strong follow-through.</li><li>Collaborative mindset with a bias toward action.</li><li>Comfortable working in HubSpot (preferred), CANVA, Adobe (preferred) and common marketing tools - comfortable learning new systems.</li><li>Salesforce experience is a plus.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Campaign execution accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Email and social media engagement metrics.</li><li>Qualified leads and meetings supported through marketing programs.</li><li>Conference/event readiness and post-event follow-through.</li><li>Quality and consistency of internal and external communications.</li><li>KPI's for each marketing tactic weekly/monthly.</li></ul>Compensation & Benefits<ul><li>Salary: $75,000</li><li>Health and wellness benefits + 401k with 4% match</li><li>Supportive, collaborative culture</li></ul>Why Join RBGJoin a fast-moving, execution-driven team where marketing directly supports growth.
