Join us and make an impact on the world and your career!</p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">In response to our continued growth in EMEA and APAC, we are looking for a <strong>Legal Counsel</strong> to join our global Legal Team.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What we need you to do and be</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">As Legal Counsel, you will be a trusted advisor to our EMEA and APAC business teams, supporting a wide range of legal matters in a fast-growing, international software company. This is a hands-on role where you will be in the room when it matters, shaping commercial decisions and helping the business move forward confidently.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, partner, and vendor contracts</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">You will provide guidance on regulatory and compliance topics relevant to our SaaS (Software as a Service) business, including privacy, data and AI legislation</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">You will collaborate closely with colleagues across different business functions to enable smart, practical decision-making</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">You will report to Legal Director based in Helsinki</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you’ll bring to the table</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">At least five years of relevant legal experience, either in-house or at a law firm, with exposure to commercial contracting. In-house experience from technology sector is highly desirable</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance matters relevant to technology / software business, such as privacy, data and AI legislation</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice in a fast-paced environment</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">An enthusiastic adopter of AI technologies. Comfortable with using AI in your everyday work and developing the use of AI tools as a larger organizational strategy</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Fluent in written and spoken English</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Law degree with strong academic credentials</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">A qualified solicitor or barrister of good standing in England & Wales.
