<p>What you'll be doing</p><ul><li>Owning the full employee experience - from recruitment and onboarding through to development and retention</li><li>Supporting hiring across all markets and functions, finding the right people and getting them in fast</li><li>Building and maintaining a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture</li><li>Managing HR processes, contracts, policies and compliance across multiple jurisdictions</li><li>Being the go-to person for the team - approachable, fair and solutions-focused</li><li>Supporting managers with performance, feedback and team development</li><li>Driving initiatives around engagement, wellbeing and recognition</li><li>Helping shape how we grow the team as the business scales</li></ul> <p>What we're looking for</p><ul><li>Experience in HR, people operations or talent management</li><li>Warm, energetic and genuinely people-first - not a policy enforcer</li><li>High integrity and discretion - people need to trust you</li><li>Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones</li><li>Organised and hands-on - happy to do the detail work as well as the strategic thinking</li><li>Experience in a fast-moving, international or scale-up environment a plus</li><li>HR qualification or CIPD accreditation a plus</li></ul> <ul><li>Competitive salary + performance bonus</li><li>Malta-based or remote flexibility</li><li>A real seat at the table in a growing global business</li><li>A team that takes culture seriously</li></ul>
