This role ensures security personnel receive consistent, high-quality training and that all services are delivered in accordance with company policies, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">The Regional Training & Compliance Manager monitors key performance indicators, conducts audits, manages training records, and partners with leadership to maintain operational excellence across multiple sites. This position plays a critical role in developing security personnel, maintaining compliance standards, and driving continuous improvement.</span></p><hr><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;"><strong>Training & Development</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for security personnel, including onboarding, site-specific training, and refresher courses.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Ensure all officers complete required training programs, certifications, and client-specific training requirements.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Partner with site supervisors and managers to support ongoing employee development and performance improvement.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors to strengthen leadership capability and operational consistency.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Maintain and update training materials to ensure alignment with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;"><strong>Compliance & Quality Assurance</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Conduct routine audits of training records, certifications, and operational documentation.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Monitor service delivery and operational performance through audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Identify gaps in compliance or training and implement corrective action plans.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Maintain accurate documentation and records for training completion, compliance tracking, and operational standards.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;"><strong>Operational Performance</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Track and analyze operational performance metrics using dashboards and reporting tools.</span></li><li delivery.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Collaborate with operations leadership to implement improvements that strengthen service quality .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation for assigned sites.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Prepare regular reports on training completion, compliance status, and operational performance metrics.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Provide updates to leadership on training initiatives, audit results, and improvement opportunities.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Assist with documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives as needed.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Serve as a key partner to operations leadership, site supervisors, and account management teams.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Build strong relationships with client representatives to support compliance and operational objectives.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement across the security team.</span></li></ul><hr><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Education, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">3–5+ years of experience in training, compliance, security operations, or related leadership roles.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Experience managing or delivering training programs in a security, law enforcement, military, or operations environment preferred.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Excellent communication skills with the ability to present training and communicate effectively with employees and leadership.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience
