If you are ready for a career and not just your next job, now is the time to join our team and become a part of something big.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>A DAY IN THE LIFE</p> <p>In this role, you will…</p> <p> </p> <p>· Search & review property chains via computerized systems to compile information for date down search.</p> <p>· Upload results compiled to TM.</p> <p>· Provide clients with copies of certain documents and other data information. </p> <p>· Verify documents for accuracy.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>WHO YOU ARE</p> <p>You possess …</p> <p> </p> <p>· Two or more years of experience in the title insurance industry.</p> <p>· Knowledge of foreclosure documents and how they affect title.</p> <p>· A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards.</p> <p>· The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients.</p> <p>· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p>. Search & review property chains via computerized systems to compile information for date down search. </p> <p>. Retrieve and examine PI & GI chains, and documents for accuracy. </p> <p>. Check borrowers, junior beneficiaries or person with any interest in PIQ for Bankruptcies. </p> <p>. Upload results compiled to TM. </p> <p>. Communicate with clients via phone and email. </p> <p>. Analyze property chains and general indices carefully to eliminate unnecessary information. </p> <p>. Communicate effectively with trustee/client, Examiner, Title Officer, or Chief Title Officer when discrepancies arise. </p> <p>. Perform all other duties as assigned. </p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p>· High School diploma or equivalent required</p> <p>. 2+ years’ experience in the Title Insurance Industry. Knowledge of foreclosure documents and how they affect title.</p> <p>· Knowledge of the foreclosure process.</p> <p>· Operational knowledge of software systems used to run property (PI) & name (GI) chains.</p> <p>· Good customer service, written and verbal communication.</p> <p>· Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>· Must be able to use and have good computer skills.</p> <p>· Knowledge of computer title plant software search engines such as DataTrace 2, Data Tree, TitlePoint, and Timms required.</p>
