Descrição do emprego Responsável por atuar de forma estratégica na modernização e automação dos processos da área de Input, promovendo ganho de eficiência operacional, redução de atividades manuais, melhoria de controles e aumento da produtividade do time. Será peça-chave na transformação da estrutura atual para um modelo mais enxuto, digital e orientado a dados. FUNÇÕES Mapear, revisar e redesenhar processos operacionais da área de Input Identificar oportunidades de automação e liderar projetos de melhoria contínua Atuar na implementação de soluções sistêmicas e ferramentas digitais Integrar fluxos entre áreas (Fiscal, Contábil, Compras, TI e Controladoria) Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de performance e produtividade Garantir conformidade de processos e qualidade das informações processadas Apoiar a padronização de fluxos e governança de dados Liderar iniciativas de robotização (RPA), automação de lançamentos e integrações de sistemas Ser referência técnica para o time, apoiando analistas e assistentes Apoiar a gestão na transição para uma estrutura mais analítica e tecnológica Qualificações Formação: Superior completo Especialização / Certificação: Ciências Contábeis, Direito, Administração.
