This role is responsible for generating demand through prospecting, qualifying, educating, and proposing tailored solutions that support our clients’ evolving requirements. If you are interested in similar roles in other metropolitan areas across the U.S., please view our openings at www.shure.com/careers&nbsp;</strong></p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Identify and Target Prospects:</strong> Research and identify potential B2B customers who could benefit from Shure’s AV and IT solutions.</li> <li><strong>Lead Generation:</strong> Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels, including webinars, social media, and industry events.</li> <li><strong>Market Research:</strong> Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine prospecting approaches. <ul> <li>Qualify projects and determine their potential readiness to benefit from Shure’s solutions.\</li> </ul></li> <li><strong>Customer Needs Analysis:</strong> Understand and document customer business challenges and needs through active listening and strategic questioning.</li> <li><strong>Product Education:</strong> Educate prospects about Shure's products and solutions, demonstrating how our offerings can address their AV and IT requirements effectively.</li> <li><strong>Solution Proposal:</strong> Develop tailored proposals that clearly outline the benefits and value of Shure’s AV and IT solutions for each customer.</li> <li><strong>Sales Targets:</strong> Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs through effective management of the sales cycle (Opportunity tracking in Salesforce).</li> <li><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, customer success, and technical experts to ensure cohesive and comprehensive customer experiences.</li> <li><strong>Reporting:</strong> Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics using Salesforce CRM tools.</li> <li>Represent Shure at Industry events and conferences.</li> <li>Support customized end-user engagement activations.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li> <li>0-2 years of experience using skills as a professional with a comprehensive technical knowledge of audio principles and products. </li> <li>Experience providing audio technical support, audio design, and audio equipment set-up.</li> <li>Background or experience with 1-2 of the following: integration, conferencing, or networking.</li> <li>Understanding of industry practices and/or company policies and procedures.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills. </li> <li>Enjoy meeting and dealing with new people. </li> <li>Knowledge of audio DSP technology. </li> <li>Expert troubleshooting skills. </li> <li>Ability to learn new technologies. </li> <li>Ability to handle multiple assignments, work independently, and see projects through to successful completion. </li> <li>Detail-oriented, well-organized, and good time management skills.</li> <li>50% travel annually – including some weekends – is required.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline.&nbsp;The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $64,000 to $109,000.&nbsp; This position may also be eligible for our incentive pay program, which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions.
