You should <strong>already have working relationships</strong> with those outlets — been there, done that. Every role uses AI to improve speed, quality, judgment, and leverage. AI output still requires source control, brand accuracy, and human judgment — especially with journalists.</p><h3>Your mission</h3><p>Activate an existing media graph to earn <strong>20–30+ placements per month</strong> in business, AI, and marketing publications through a repeatable, AI-assisted pitching system — publication quality and relationships intact.</p><p><strong>Primary KPI:</strong> monthly placement count in approved publication tiers. Compensation is <strong>DOE</strong>.</p><h3>What you will own</h3><ul><li>Bring and expand a warm list of business, AI, and marketing publications and journalists you can already reach.</li><li>Package founder and client stories into pitchable angles with evidence, quotes, and assets.</li><li>Run personalized outreach at volume without spam — track opens, replies, and placement conversion.</li><li>Use AI to research, draft, personalize, and follow up; keep voice, facts, and relationships human-owned.</li><li>Coordinate with SEO/AEO, content, and client teams so placements reinforce organic and answer-engine goals.</li><li>Report weekly: pitches sent, reply rate, placements landed, publication tier mix, and blockers.</li><li>Document the system so another operator can run and improve it.</li></ul><h3>What success looks like</h3><ul><li><strong>30 days:</strong> Warm contact list live; AI pitch workflow live; first placements from existing relationships; baseline measured.</li><li><strong>60 days:</strong> On pace toward 20+/month with a defendable tier mix.</li><li><strong>90 days:</strong> Sustained <strong>20–30+ placements/month</strong>; system documented.</li></ul><h3>Evidence we need to see</h3><ul><li>Existing relationships with business, AI, and/or marketing publications.</li><li>Two recent placements with links and your exact ownership.</li><li>One quantified monthly or campaign placement result.</li><li>A concrete AI-assisted pitching workflow with QA and what stays human.</li><li>Judgment on publication tier — not spray-and-pray.</li></ul><h3>This role is not</h3><ul><li>A first digital-PR job or cold-only outreach seat.</li><li>Social-only / wire blast / AM-only / AI spam.</li></ul><h3>Work model and compensation</h3><p>Fully remote, full-time.
