Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinar y programar citas médicas con precisión utilizando herramientas digitales.
Responder a consultas de pacientes de manera profesional y en tiempo real.
Mantener actualizados los registros de citas en el sistema de gestión.
Comunicar cambios o actualizaciones de citas a los pacientes y al personal médico.
Colaborar con el equipo para mejorar la eficiencia del proceso de agendamiento.

Requirements

Fluidez en inglés y español, tanto escrito como verbal.
Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en programación de citas o atención al cliente en el sector médico.
Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de citas y software médico.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al detalle.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y gestionar múltiples tareas a la vez.
