<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong> </p> <p>We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated summer Marketing Intern to join our Talent Attraction team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of employer brand & recruitment marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for a college student or recent college graduate to explore the marketing field, build valuable skills, and contribute to critical projects while applying what you’ve learned in the classroom to real-world scenarios and also learning from industry professionals. </p> <p><strong>The Details: </strong>This is a full-time remote opportunity. 10-week internship that will run from June 1st through August 7th, 2026.</p> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> </p> <p>As a Marketing Intern, you will support the recruitment marketing and employer brand team in executing a variety of tasks across different channels, including social media, content creation, career site, and analytics. </p> <p><strong>Content Creation and Social Media:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Assist in the creation of social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Help generate content ideas, including blog posts, newsletters, graphics, etc. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Manage content calendar and publication dates to ensure multi-functional teams are up to date, and content is moving on time. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Monitor and track engagement across social media platforms. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support email and landing page production for the website by assisting with template setup and page design. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Administrative and Project Management Support:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, coordinating meetings, and assisting with project management tasks. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Provide support to the marketing team by managing content workflows within the online project management tool to ensure content is produced in a timely manner. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Learning and Development:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Regularly communicate with your supervisor to review progress, set goals, and receive feedback. </li> </ul> <p><strong>VALUES</strong> </p> <ul> <li><strong>Work Ethic</strong> – Dedication to getting the job done well and on time, regardless of circumstances, a can-do attitude </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Teamwork:</strong> Demonstrates the ability to pull people together into highly effective teams along with ability to work in a highly matrixed organization </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Self-Motivated</strong>: Proactively jumps in to start a task or project with limited direction; asks to take on more responsibility and what is next </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Collaborative:</strong> Demonstrates the ability to work well with others to accomplish a goal and get the work done; takes opinions of others into consideration; includes others in the decision-making process </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to collaborate with department staff and other functional units. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Relevant coursework specifically focused on duties outlined in this position preferred </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated from an accredited school, focusing in a relevant area of study </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) </li> </ul> <ul> <li>HTML experience preferred </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Junior and Senior level students preferred </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>PAY RANGE</strong></p> <p>$17-$20 per hour. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, geographical location, and size/complexity of the program being supported.</p>
