<p>Description</p><p><br/></p><p>We're building a new outbound tele sales team to grow product sales through proactive customer outreach. This is a great fit for someone who's comfortable on the phone, motivated by results, and wants to earn based on performance.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Make outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing customers</li><li>Identify needs and recommend the right products</li><li>Track outreach and outcomes in our CRM</li><li>Hit weekly outreach and sales targets</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication skills and a friendly, persistent phone presence</li><li>Comfort with rejection and a drive to hit goals</li><li>Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience a plus (not required)</li><li>Reliable access to a computer/phone and quiet workspace if remote</li></ul>
