What You Will Do: Input and configure calendar data accurately in our system based on instructions provided by the internal Ringphone team; Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive operational data; Complete ad hoc administrative tasks during periods of lower configuration volume to support business operations and ensure full-time utilisation; Manage workloads to meet deadlines and operational requirements; Support day-to-day operational activities and contribute to the successful execution of internal operational projects; Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and customers to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction; Maintain organized documentation and administrative records while ensuring deadlines and follow-ups are completed on time. What you need to succeed in this role: Native Dutch and Excellent English (C1 for both speaking and writing); Excellent data entry skills with a strong focus on accuracy and precision; Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality; Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities; Attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors; Flexibility and willingness to support additional administrative tasks as business needs evolve; Proficiency with computer systems and confidence working with administrative and data management tools; Confidence in learning and adapting to new systems and tools with computer systems and confidence working with administrative and data management tools; Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload). Will be a great plus: Experience with CRM systems.
