This role focuses on the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of endocrine and metabolic conditions through a fully remote platform. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, patient‑focused, and comfortable delivering care in a virtual environment.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide virtual outpatient care to adult patients with endocrine and metabolic conditions, including: <ul> <li>Diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, gestational follow‑up)</li> <li>Thyroid disorders</li> <li>Osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease</li> <li>Obesity and weight management</li> <li>Adrenal and pituitary disorders</li> <li>Dyslipidemia</li> </ul> </li> <li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via video visits</li> <li>Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians as required by CA regulations</li> <li>Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies</li> <li>Provide patient education and counseling focused on lifestyle, medication adherence, and disease management</li> <li>Document clinical encounters accurately and timely in the EMR</li> <li>Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and refer patients as clinically appropriate</li> <li>Adhere to all telehealth best practices, clinical protocols, and compliance requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul data-pattern="discCircleSquare" data-depth="1"> <li value="1">CA Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in good standing.</li> <li value="2">Minimum 2 years of Endocrinology experience in outpatient or telehealth settings.</li> <li value="3">Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.</li> <li value="4">Comfortable practicing autonomously in a remote care environment.</li> <li value="5">Reliable internet connection and familiarity with telemedicine technology.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits/Compensation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive Salary – Range $110k - $130K based on years of experience</li> <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>401(k) retirement plan with employer matching</li> <li>CME allowance and paid CME time</li> <li>Paid time off (PTO)</li> <li>Paid holidays</li> <li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li> <li>Malpractice coverage</li> <li>License/DEA coverage</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>TeleMed2U is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace that is inclusive and free of discrimination.
