<p>The Market Director of Procurement is a senior field-based leader accountable for driving procurement execution at scale across a defined market of 50 to 100 ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and surgical hospitals, often spanning multiple states. This role translates enterprise procurement / supply chain strategy into disciplined, measurable execution that delivers financial performance, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.</p> <p>Partnering closely with Market Chief Financial Officers (MCFOs), Market Chief Strategy Officers (MCSOs), Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), and Tenet / USPI Corporate Procurement leadership, the Market Director of Procurement owns procurement-related outcomes across market expansion, facility optimization, and ongoing operations. The role is highly visible, with frequent engagement across market leadership and corporate executives.</p> <p>This role requires a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive accountability, support field operations, and enable consistent execution across a diverse, geographically dispersed portfolio.
