We encourage interested candidates from all backgrounds to apply, even if you don't think they meet some expectations of the role.</em></p> <hr> <p><strong>About the Full Time Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI</li> <li>Maintain a caseload of ~25 attended sessions per week (schedule approx. 29 to account for cancellations)</li> <li>Facilitate client consult appointments as needed</li> <li>Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations</li> <li>Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress</li> <li>Participate in weekly case consultation, monthly wellness groups and professional development</li> <li>Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate</li> </ul> <p><strong>About the Part Time Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.</li> <li>Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week&nbsp;</li> <li>Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress</li> <li>Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate</li> <li>Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the state where you will be practicing.</li> <li>Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+)</li> <li>At least six months of teletherapy experience</li> <li>Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress</li> <li>Willingness to be trained in clinical assessment, differential diagnosis, and DSM-5 criteria for diagnostic evaluation</li> <li>Experience utilizing an electronic health/medical record system to document progress notes, treatment plans, etc.</li> <li>Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <p>Compensation is determined based on your state of residence, years of licensure, and level assessed during the interview process. Full-time roles also include quarterly incentive opportunities as part of total compensation.
