In this role, you will manage and advance a variety of strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and support the department’s mission. Primary duties include:</p><p>•<span> </span>Coordinating and implementing program and project activities, such as assessments, organizational changes, and process improvement initiatives.</p><p>•<span> </span>Developing program and project materials, including SOPs, templates, presentations, website content, and social media content.</p><p>•<span> </span>Assisting with the implementation and development of new processes, systems, and dashboards.</p><p>•<span> </span>Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.</p><p>Salary Range: $70,900.00/year - $145,200.00/year</p><p>Note: This is a limited position. May convert to career. </p><br/> <h3> Job Qualifications </h3> <p aria-hidden="true"> Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility </p> <p>•<span> </span>Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project/program coordination, process improvement initiatives, and/or implementing new processes and systems.</p><p>•<span> </span>Experience with project management tools, such as Gannt Charts, Project Charters, is highly desirable. </p><p>•<span> </span>Bachelor’s degree is preferred.</p><br/> <br/><span>As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts a conditional offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; received notice of any allegations or are currently the subject of any administrative or disciplinary proceedings involving misconduct; have left a position after receiving notice of allegations or while under investigation in an administrative or disciplinary proceeding involving misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of misconduct with a previous employer.</span>
