This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of supplemental benefits by driving vendor performance, compliance, and operational excellence—while supporting business growth, cost management, and an exceptional member experience.</p><p>You will: </p><ul> <li>Oversee multiple complex vendors that support Medicare Advantage supplemental benefits, ensuring delivery against contractual, performance, compliance, and service-level expectations</li> <li>Manage supplemental benefit vendors end-to-end, driving accountability and continuous improvement across the vendor lifecycle</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Clinical) to ensure accurate benefit administration and seamless member experiences</li> <li>Lead annual supplemental benefit readiness, coordinating interdisciplinary teams to support benefit design, implementation, and operational execution</li> <li>Support business objectives by monitoring vendor performance against cost, utilization, and quality targets</li> <li>Contribute to vendor strategy development, including evaluation of market trends and awareness of competitor vendor relationships</li> <li>Develop and maintain business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted delivery of supplemental benefits</li> <li>Identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and drive resolution of vendor-related issues</li> </ul>Salary Range: $105,700 - $234,500/annually<br/> <h3> Job Qualifications </h3> <p aria-hidden="true"> Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility </p> <p>We’re seeking a detail-oriented individual with: </p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>A Master’s degree, preferred</li><li>Eight or more years in managed care, Medicare Advantage, or health plan operations, including vendor and supplemental benefit management</li><li>Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage operations, CMS oversight standards, and supplemental benefit administration</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple, complex supplemental benefits and vendors end-to-end, with strong relationship management and communication skills</li><li>Strategic mindset with the ability to evaluate vendor risk, develop alternative sourcing options, and anticipate operational impacts </li><li>Strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills</li><li>Analytical and data-driven approach to evaluating vendor performance management, utilization, and cost outcomes</li><li>Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced enviornment</li><li>Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence across functions and leadership levels </li><li>Advanced knowledge of vendor management best practices, contracting structures, and performance monitoring methods</li><li>Able to operate in a fast-paced, start-up environment with evolving priorities </li><li>Demonstrates ability to proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies </li><li>Applies strategic thinking to vendor selection, evaluation, and benefit optimization</li><li>Strong commitment to compliance, ethics, and data privacy standards </li><li>Maintains continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and service excellence</li></ul><br/>
