This role combines analytical excellence with business acumen to optimize marketing investments, enhance digital customer experiences, and inform data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a key member of our team, you'll work at the intersection of marketing science, digital analytics, and financial services expertise, delivering actionable insights that directly impact campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI optimization.</p><p><strong>KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><br/> <strong> Strategic Analysis & Insights: </strong>Lead analysis of large-scale datasets from digital platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools to uncover actionable trends and opportunities; Design measurement frameworks and learning agendas that align with business strategies and marketing objectives; Conduct attribution modeling and customer journey analysis to understand marketing touchpoint impact across channels; Perform ad-hoc strategic analyses to support executive decision-making and answer critical business questions (30%)</p><p><br/> <strong>Digital & Marketing Analytics:</strong> Analyze website and digital performance including traffic, engagement, conversion funnels, and session quality to identify optimization opportunities; Monitor key metrics including Cost Per Account, Lifetime Value, ROAS, and conversion rates across marketing channels; Execute A/B testing strategies and multivariate experiments to optimize campaigns and user experiences; Leverage tag management systems to ensure accurate data capture and tracking implementation (30%)</p><p><br/> <strong>Data Visualization & Communication:</strong> Build and maintain advanced dashboards and interactive visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives for C-suite executives, marketing leaders, and technical teams; Present strategic recommendations that drive action and influence stakeholder decisions; Create automated reporting solutions providing real-time visibility into marketing performance and KPIs (20%)</p><p><br/> <strong>Collaboration & Project Management: </strong>Partner with cross-functional teams including Product,<br/> Engineering and Strategy to deliver integrated insights; Manage multiple concurrent analytical<br/> projects ensuring timely, high-quality delivery; Collaborate with teams to improve digital customer<br/> journeys and campaign effectiveness based on data insights (20%)</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>EDUCATION</strong><br/> <strong>Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field</strong><br/> Master's degree preferred</p><p><br/> <strong>EXPERIENCE</strong><br/> <strong>5-9 years of progressive experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or advanced analytics roles</strong><br/> <strong>Proven experience in financial services industry or working with financial institutions strongly preferred</strong><br/> Track record of delivering impactful insights that influenced strategic business decisions</p><p><br/> <strong>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES</strong><br/> <strong>Analytics Platforms:</strong> Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or similar digital analytics platforms<br/> <strong>Programming & Analysis: </strong>Advanced SQL skills required; proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation<br/> <strong> Data Visualization:</strong> Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create executive-level dashboards<br/> <strong>Database Technologies</strong>: Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) preferred<br/> <strong>Marketing Technology: </strong>Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and tag management implementation</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Base salary: $110,000-$140,000</strong></p><p><strong>*Applications will be accepted through January 10, 2026, after which the posting will be closed and no longer available for submissions.*</strong></p><p><strong>The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.</strong></p><p>At Vericast, we don’t just accept differences - we celebrate them, we support them, and we thrive on them for the benefit of our employees, our clients, and our community.
