You will help guide our clients and internal teams through various frameworks and methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize product requirements, and lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, all while aligning with our clients' business goals. We are looking for a self-motivated and influential individual who can operate with a high degree of autonomy while working effectively with our world-class engineers.</p> <p>As a Senior Product Manager, you will be an integral part of our organization, shaping and defining the success of the product management discipline. This position requires a flexible mindset, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of business, design, and technology.</p> <h1><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h1> <ul> <li>The ability to autonomously develop, define, and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with overall business objectives, considering market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.</li> <li>Elicit and document product requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with your team to create a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key milestones, releases, and dependencies to ensure timely project delivery.</li> <li>Prioritize product features and requirements using established frameworks and tools.</li> <li>Document product features in user stories.</li> <li>Lead and participate in Sprint ceremonies.</li> <li>Define product success metrics and conduct data-informed feature optimization and enhancements.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project strategy and execution.</li> <li>Utilize Agile methodologies in your work.</li> <li>Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring the design and functionality of projects contribute to a positive user experience.</li> </ul> <h1><strong>Success Metrics</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Successful completion of scoped work and functionality.</li> <li>Successful program resolution.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of direct product management experience.</li> <li>Extensive experience in building products across diverse industries.</li> <li>Proven zero to one product launch experience.</li> <li>Technical literacy in software development concepts and familiarity with modern frameworks (Flutter, React Native, JavaScript) to facilitate productive engineering partnerships</li> <li>Solid experience with Agile methodologies and common product management tools like JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, and GitHub.</li> <li>Ability to manage discussions concerning API endpoints and SDK integration</li> <li>Ability to lead clients confidently and autonomously.</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, and Mixpanel</li> <li>Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve processes and reporting</li> <li>Resume must be in English</li> </ul> <h1><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Ability to conduct research and create user personas</li> <li>Previous experience with projects involving Flutter</li> <li>Previous client-facing agency or consulting experience </li> </ul> <h2>Total Rewards</h2> <p>VGV wants all employees to be supported in their personal and professional development, so we take a comprehensive approach to compensation and benefits.
