<p>Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Sales Enablement &amp; Product Marketing Associate to join our remote team. The Sales Enablement &amp; Product Marketing Associate will strengthen our go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and marketing. You will translate complex SaaS capabilities into compelling, impact-driven messaging while equipping the sales team with high-quality collateral that accelerates revenue. Some of our customers include Colgate, Paramount, Visa, HubSpot, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and more.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Own the creation, optimization, and ongoing updates of high-impact sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards</li><li>Partner closely with sales leadership to identify messaging gaps, improve positioning, and support revenue growth</li><li>Maintain and organize a centralized repository of up-to-date sales materials</li><li>Translate complex SaaS features into clear, benefit-driven “Impact Language” tailored to enterprise buyers</li><li>Develop compelling value propositions aligned with CSR and social impact decision-makers</li><li>Ensure messaging consistency across website content, sales materials, and product communications</li><li>Conduct ongoing research on CSR trends, market shifts, and competitor positioning</li><li>Develop competitive battlecards and clear differentiation narratives</li><li>Lead marketing strategy and messaging for new features and product launches</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to support go-to-market execution</li><li>Create internal and external launch materials that drive adoption and awareness</li><li>Make simple design edits in Canva, Figma, Google Slides, or similar tools while maintaining brand consistency</li><li>Partner with designers for larger creative initiatives when needed</li></ul> <ul><li>3 to 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or B2B SaaS Marketing</li><li>Strong experience creating executive-level sales decks and written collateral</li><li>Demonstrated ability to simplify complex SaaS functionality into compelling business value</li><li>Experience supporting product launches in a SaaS environment</li><li>Strong research skills with experience conducting competitive analysis</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills</li><li>Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment </li><li>Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology</li></ul><p></p><p>Please note: This is a remote, India-based 40 hr/week contract position that requires working hours from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST </p> <p>How we care</p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Mission-aligned company events/volunteering</li><li>Inclusive, exciting startup culture</li><li>Accelerated career &amp; personal growth</li><li>Culture Club and more!</li></ul>
