<p>Hi! At <strong>Zarego</strong>, we are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. If you enjoy building robust web applications, this could be a great fit:</p> <p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 1em;">5+ years of experience working with Ruby.</span></li><li>Solid experience building and maintaining backend applications using Ruby on Rails. </li><li>Ex<span style="font-size: 1em;">perience with React and modern JavaScript for frontend development. </span></li><li>Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend applications. </li><li>Experience working with relational databases.</li><li>Familiarity with testing practices. </li><li>Experience working with Git and collaborating in team environments. </li><li>Understanding of web application architecture, scalability, and performance considerations. </li><li>Strong communication skills. </li><li>Interest in staying up to date with new technologies and development practices. </li><li>Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2). </li><li>Based in Latin America.</li></ul><strong>Nice to have: </strong><br><strong></strong><br><ul><li><u><strong style="font-size: 1em;"></strong></u><span style="font-size: 1em; font-weight: 400;">E</span><span style="font-size: 1em; font-weight: 400;">xperience experimenting with AI tools or AI-assisted development workflows. </span></li><li><strong><span style="font-size: 1em; font-weight: 400;">S</span></strong>panish proficiency (intermediate level or higher). </li><li>Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul>If you're a Full Stack Engineer with strong Ruby on Rails experience and an interest in building scalable web applications, we'd love to hear from you!<p></p>
