We are looking for a candidate who views project management as their professional career path and wants to continue building deeper expertise in the field over the next three to five years.</p><p>The Project Manager will manage projects from initiation through delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and appropriate control over scope, schedule, financial performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and project outcomes.</p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Independently manage multiple client-facing technology projects from initiation through successful delivery.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional project teams and resource needs to support project objectives.</li><li>Work directly with customers to gather, refine, document, and validate requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.</li><li>Manage project scope and proactively address changes that could affect schedule, budget, or delivery.</li><li>Track project financials and work with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve issues or blockers.</li><li>Identify project risks and dependencies. Develop appropriate mitigation plans.</li><li>Maintain clear and consistent project status reporting for internal and customer stakeholders.</li><li>Build strong relationships within customer organizations and effectively manage competing priorities or conflict.</li><li>Develop a thorough understanding of customer business goals and ensure project delivery supports those objectives.</li><li>Identify opportunities for additional customer engagements when appropriate.</li><li>Partner with internal teams on project scoping, proposals, pricing, staffing, and customer discussions related to potential new work.</li><li>Drive assigned engagements toward successful, timely, and financially responsible completion.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p>Successful candidates will bring a strong customer focus along with the project management, technical, and analytical skills necessary to manage client-facing technology engagements.</p><ul><li>Minimum of three years of direct project management experience.</li><li>Project management experience within an IT agency, technology consulting firm, professional services organization, digital agency, or similar client-services environment strongly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple projects and competing priorities.</li><li>Experience managing project schedules, scope, budgets, requirements, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.</li><li>Strong requirements-gathering and validation skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of project metrics, reporting, and project health indicators.</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Strong customer-facing experience with demonstrated relationship-management skills.</li><li>Experience navigating conflict, competing priorities, and changing customer needs.</li><li>Ability to operate effectively in an environment where requirements or priorities may evolve.</li><li>Ability to proactively identify ambiguity and reduce project risk.</li><li>Strong consultative approach to customer and internal stakeholder relationships.</li><li>Ability to understand customer business goals and translate those goals into project priorities and successful outcomes.</li><li>Experience supporting sales teams through project scoping, proposal development, pricing, or customer engagement is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to project management as a professional discipline.</li><li>Genuine interest in continuing to develop project management expertise and build a long-term career in the field.</li><li>Experience working with technical teams and technology-based deliverables is strongly preferred.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p><u><strong>Contract Term</strong></u><strong>:</strong> This is an anticipated six-month independent contractor engagement. Any extension of the contract or potential conversion to a full-time employee role would depend on business needs and mutual agreement.</p><p><u><strong>Compensation</strong></u><strong>:</strong> The anticipated contract rate is &#x24;50 per hour, 40 hours per week, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.</p><p><u><strong>Benefits:</strong></u><strong> </strong>This is an independent contractor engagement. The contractor is not eligible for 3Sharp employee benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, or participation in the company&apos;s 401(k) plan.</p><p><u><strong>Remote Engagement and Availability</strong></u><strong>:</strong> 3Sharp is based in Bothell, Washington and operates primarily as a remote organization. The contractor must be available for scheduled customer meetings, project meetings, and other required collaboration during Pacific Time business hours.
