We are building a nimble, revenue-driven team that understands both aircraft operations and competitive charter brokerage dynamics.</span></p><p><br></p><p><b>ABOUT THIS ROLE</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Aero is seeking a Charter Sales Associate with 5+ years of private aviation charter retail sales experience. Although Aero is an operator, this role requires a retail charter sales mindset — someone who understands pricing strategy, sourcing, margin management, and how to close high-value charter transactions in a competitive marketplace. This is a revenue-producing role for a sales professional who can generate business, build and maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to scaling a startup operation.</span></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>RESPONSIBILITES </b><ul><li>Generate and close on-demand charter sales across both retail and wholesale channels</li><li>Manage full sales lifecycle, from inquiry through post-flight follow-up</li><li>Price trips competitively while maintaining and protecting company marginSource supplemental lift when required</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals, executives, brokers, and travel advisors</li><li>Conduct outbound prospecting to expand and grow client baseCollaborate closely with Flight Operations to align aircraft availability and trip feasibility</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline and revenue forecasting</li><li>Represent Aero at industry events and client meetings (light travel required)</li></ul><p><br></p><b>REQUIREMENTS</b><ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of direct retail charter sales experience</li><li>Background working at a charter brokerage or retail charter division of an operator</li><li>Demonstrated history of closing and managing revenue targets</li><li>Deep understanding of: Aircraft categories (Light through Heavy/ULR), Charter market pricing fluctuations, Retail markup and margin structure, Part 135 operational limitations, Domestic and international trip logistics</li><li>Experience sourcing lift beyond controlled fleet</li><li>Strong negotiation skills</li></ul><p><br></p><b>BENEFITS & PAY</b><ul><li><b>Pay:</b> $85,000-$105,000 per year plus commission - exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location</li><li><b>Time Off:</b> unlimited vacation, sick, bereavement, and holiday</li><li><b>Benefits:</b> Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401k, Health FSA, Dependent Care FSA, Complimentary standby travel on Aero flights</li></ul><div><br></div><p><br></p><p></p>\n<div>$85,000 - $105,000 a year</div>\n
