We're seeking someone who loves solving complex problems, building intelligent Excel solutions, and creating automation that saves hours of manual work.</div><div><strong>What You'll Do</strong></div><ul> <li>Design and build advanced Excel workbooks from the ground up.</li> <li>Create complex formulas using functions such as XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, LET, LAMBDA, FILTER, SUMIFS, and dynamic arrays.</li> <li>Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers.</li> <li>Automate repetitive tasks using VBA, Office Scripts, Power Query, and Power Pivot where appropriate.</li> <li>Clean, transform, and organize large datasets.</li> <li>Improve existing spreadsheets by making them faster, more efficient, and easier to use.</li> <li>Collaborate directly with leadership to create custom business solutions.</li> </ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul> <li>Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.</li> <li>Strong experience with VBA/macros and Excel automation.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Power Query and Power Pivot.</li> <li>Ability to work with large datasets and optimize workbook performance.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li> </ul><div><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></div><ul> <li>Experience in healthcare, medical billing, revenue cycle management, or insurance is a significant advantage.</li> <li>Familiarity with reporting, financial analysis, or operational dashboards.</li> <li>Experience integrating Excel with other Microsoft 365 applications is a plus.</li> </ul><div><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></div><div>We value someone who doesn't just complete tasks—they improve processes.
