Work</strong></span></h2> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Investor Relations Leadership</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and lead the company’s overall investor relations strategy</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Shape and communicate the company’s equity story, financial framework, and long-term growth narrative</span></li> <li><span You</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">10–15+ years of experience in investor relations and/or equity research</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience in a public company or late-stage/high growth pre-IPO environment preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets dynamics</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience communicating with
