Join our OT team!</strong></p><p>The Remote Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to patients via telehealth. They will work with a diverse caseload of patients, assessing their needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to promote improved functional abilities and independence.</p><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><ul><li>Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine their needs and goals.</li><li>Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for patients based on assessment findings.</li><li>Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy services, including exercises, activities, and interventions to help patients achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.</li><li>Education: Educate patients and their caregivers on techniques and strategies to enhance their independence and well-being.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other necessary documentation.</li><li>Compliance: Adhere to relevant ethical and legal standards and regulations, including patient privacy and confidentiality (e.g., HIPAA compliance).</li><li>Technology: Utilize telehealth platforms and tools effectively to conduct remote therapy sessions.</li><li>Continuing Education: Stay current with the latest developments in occupational therapy and engage in ongoing professional development.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p><ul><li>We are a therapist-owned and operated organization</li><li>Career Advancement - We believe in recognizing high-performing teams</li><li>Efficient web-based documentation system</li><li>Growing company in a new model of service delivery </li><li>Monthly team meetings</li><li>Supportive collaboration with the Clinical team and Supervisors</li><li>Training, assessments, and materials provided</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p>1099 | Bilingual - $60.00 for 60-minute evaluations and $30.00 for 30-minute therapy sessions.</p><p>1099 | Non-Bilingual - $56.00 for 60-minute evaluations and $28.00 for 30-minute therapy sessions.</p><p>W2 | $43.00 - $56.00 per hour commensurate with experience, qualifications, and bilingualism.</p><p>*Licensure reimbursement  will be paid out after 90 days or 145 hours of work (equivalent to 12 hours of work per week)</p></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul><li>Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.</li><li>Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply</li><li>Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview</li><li>Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform</li><li>Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+)</li><li>Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required </li><li>Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required </li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p><strong>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</strong></p><div sr-tagline></div><p>All Care Therapies is an equal opportunity employer.
