SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS: Must have a College Degree Must be professional, ethical, and have a patient-centric attitude Must be results oriented and pay strong attention to detail Must be well organized and computer literate Must have at least 2 years of contact center experience Must be a true team player with great communication skills Must be able to advocate our brands well English speaker, Bilingual is a plus! Ability to maintain excellence attendance Must be flexible as our work schedules vary! Experience supporting subscription based products or services Proactively identifies and escalates issues to support the patient experience and brand BENEFITS: Hourly base pay, $6 USD with a progressive raise structure Weekly Pay Work From Home (No Commuting Required) Paid Training Paid meal break Company-Issued Workstations and Equipment POTENTIAL SCHEDULE Wednesday -Sunday 11AM-8PM CST Tuesday-Saturday 10AM-7PM CST Friday - Tuesday 8AM - 5PM CST
