<div><p><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">Remote FT (Pacific Time Zone)</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Antonyan Miranda, LLP is hiring a Billing Specialist to manage legal billing, client payments, and collections.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">This position may be full-time or part-time and will be performed primarily remotely, with weekly management check-in.</span></p><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">What You&rsquo;ll Do</span></h2><ul><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Manage the full billing cycle, from WIP reports and pre-bills through final invoices.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Monitor client accounts and payment activity daily.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Communicate with clients regarding invoices, balances, and payment arrangements.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Follow up consistently on outstanding balances.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Investigate and resolve billing issues.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Maintain accurate notes, records, and account information.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Work closely with attorneys, management, and the finance team.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Assist with accounts payable and other accounting projects as needed.</p></li></ul><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">What We&rsquo;re Looking For</span></h2><ul><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Legal billing or law firm experience preferred.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Collections or accounts-receivable experience is a plus.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Excellent telephone manner and client-service skills.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Strong writing, organization, and time-management skills.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>High attention to detail.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Comfort learning new technology and billing systems.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Empathy, patience, professionalism, and sound judgment.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.</p></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><p>High school diploma or equivalent required.</p></li></ul><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">Compensation based on experience.</span></h2><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">About Antonyan Miranda</span></h2><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Antonyan Miranda is Southern California&rsquo;s premier family law litigation and appellate firm, specializing in complex and high-asset cases.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">We combine five-star client service with a supportive and collaborative culture.
