Archera works closely with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, along with a broad partner ecosystem, to help customers execute financially prudent cloud strategies.</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>Archera is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to keep our hiring engine running smoothly during a period of growth. Reporting to the Director of Talent, you will own interview scheduling and logistics, keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) accurate and up to date, and serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for candidates from first conversation through offer. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role for someone who takes pride in a seamless candidate experience and thrives on coordination. This is a part-time, fully remote contract engagement of approximately six months, with the potential to convert to a full-time role.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and schedule interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, managing calendars, time zones, video links, and last-minute changes with minimal friction</li> <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, clear logistics, and a welcoming, professional experience throughout the process</li> <li>Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, moving candidates through stages, logging activity, and keeping pipeline data clean and reliable</li> <li>Support offer and onboarding logistics, coordinating handoffs between recruiting, hiring managers, and the People team</li> <li>Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep searches organized, flag bottlenecks, and keep interview loops on schedule</li> <li>Prepare simple recruiting status updates so stakeholders always know where each search stands</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, scheduling, or a comparable operations or administrative role (plus plus if you have experience coordinating interviews at a tech, SaaS, or startup company)</li> <li>Familiarity with an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple interviews and priorities</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication, and comfort being a warm, professional point of contact for candidates</li> <li>Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar</li> <li>Self-directed and reliable in a remote, part-time setting, able to manage your own time and follow through consistently</li> <li>Comfortable working at a fast pace in a growing company where priorities can shift</li> <li>Fluency with LLM-based tools (e.g., Claude) as part of a daily workflow</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <p>$40/hour.
