<p>Position: Technical Project Manager</p> <p>Location: Remote (Philippines)</p> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Work Schedule: 9:30 AM- 4:30 PM (PST)</p> <p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p> <p>We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to own delivery across multiple engineering initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring projects move from idea to production smoothly, predictably, and on time — with clear priorities, strong coordination, and minimal surprises.</p> <p>You'll work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Leadership Teams to plan work, manage execution, resolve blockers, and drive projects to completion. Your focus is delivery: keeping teams aligned, issues unblocked, and outcomes shipped.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who is structured, decisive, and comfortable operating at the intersection of technical systems and cross-functional teams.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Delivery Ownership & Execution</p> <ul><li>Own assigned projects end to end — from intake and planning through execution, release, and follow-ups</li><li>Define and maintain clear plans, milestones, owners, timelines, and acceptance criteria</li><li>Ensure work is progressing and projects ship as committed</li></ul> <p>API & Technical Workstream Coordination</p> <ul><li>Coordinate API-related work streams, including bugs, client issues, new fields, and enhancements</li><li>Ensure the right context, logs, repro steps, and documentation are captured and tracked</li><li>Drive issues to closure by coordinating investigation, fixes, validation, and release notes</li></ul> <p>Cross-Team Coordination</p> <ul><li>Align Engineering, Ops, QA, and Leadership around priorities and timelines</li><li>Run standups, check-ins, or focused syncs as needed to keep work moving</li><li>Manage dependencies and handoffs across teams to prevent rework and surprises</li></ul> <p>Triage & Priority Management</p> <ul><li>Lead incident and bug triage, assessing urgency vs. backlog items</li><li>Partner with leadership (including Jhun) to confirm priorities and sequencing</li><li>Ensure fixes are validated, released, and communicated clearly</li></ul> <p>Process & Systems Improvement</p> <ul><li>Continuously improve how we use ClickUp, Confluence, and Slack</li><li>Create or refine templates, task standards, reporting, and workflows</li><li>Help make execution more predictable, repeatable, and transparent</li></ul> <p>Communication & Visibility</p> <ul><li>Serve as the primary coordination and communication point for assigned initiatives</li><li>Share concise updates on what's done, what's next, and what's blocked</li><li>Maintain visibility so stakeholders always know project status and risks</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul><li>5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Engineering Coordination, or a similar role</li><li>Strong experience using ClickUp or comparable project management tools</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and dependencies</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Comfortable working with developers and following technical discussions</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong at follow-through</li><li>Experience working in a remote, fast-paced, and asynchronous environment</li><li>Familiarity with APIs, databases, and backend systems</li></ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p> <ul><li>Experience working with startups or small, fast-moving teams.</li><li>Experience supporting data-driven or infrastructure-heavy products.</li></ul> <p><strong>Benefits & Perks:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong></strong>Fully Remote Work – Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection</li><li>Healthcare Coverage – We provide health benefits for you and your family’s well-being</li><li>Leave Days, Vacation Time, and Paid Holidays – Recharge and take the time you need</li><li>Equipment Funds – Get support to set up or upgrade your home office</li><li>Profit Sharing – Monthly and annual bonuses tied to company performance</li><li>Long-Term Employment – We value team members who grow with us</li><li>Collaborative Team Culture – Work with a supportive and globally distributed team</li></ul> <p><strong>About Us:</strong></p> <p>AutoScale Ventures is a technology-driven company with 50+ team members across the Philippines, Pakistan, India, the U.S., China, and Canada.
