Join Acendas Travel's Program Management team as a <strong data-pasted="true">Client Services Representative</strong>, where you'll manage corporate travel programs for clients with up to $1M in annual spend, build lasting relationships, and help shape the future of corporate travel solutions.</p><h3 data-pasted="true">What You'll Do:</h3><ul><li>Serve as the primary liaison for multiple client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and program efficiency.</li><li>Proactively consult with clients on preferred supplier usage, pricing analysis, and technology solutions.</li><li>Maintain and analyze monthly spend reports to identify trends and opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to meet client objectives.</li><li>Support new business implementations and technology rollouts.</li><li>Create executive-level reporting packages and present insights via video conferencing.</li><li>Step in as a backup for Program Managers when needed.</li></ul><h3 data-pasted="true">Skills & Expertise:</h3><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3+ years in corporate travel; GDS (Sabre preferred), Concur/Deem, and Salesforce familiarity.</li><li><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma required; some college preferred.</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
