<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>Acendas Travel has a dedicated, <strong>remote</strong> travel consultant opening for one of our corporate clients. </p><p><strong><u>Job Summary</u></strong></p><p>The Dedicated Corporate Travel Consultant provides quality customer service to one of Acendas Travel's corporate clients. The role is responsible for completing domestic and/or international reservations, while accurately managing all travel requests, and following the appropriate process and procedures. This individual must be a self-directed and technology-driven team player. </p><p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include</u></strong></p><ul><li data-pasted="true">Respond to client requests and inquiries for the dedicated client through multiple channels such as phone, email, text/SMS or online booking tool.</li><li data-pasted="true">Utilize GDS queues, scripts and programmable keys to successfully schedule flight, hotel accommodations, car, rail, and limo services.</li><li>Offer solutions and options that meet all travel requirements while ensuring compliance with the company’s travel policy and maintaining cost efficiency.</li><li>Create clear and concise itineraries which include all pertinent information.</li><li>Communicate necessary documentation requirements such as passports, visas, or other clearances required for international travel.</li><li>Utilize instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.</li><li>Update traveler profiles as needed.</li><li>Partner with the organization in promoting, implementing, and supporting adherence to the company’s travel policy.</li><li>Completes special projects, as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Transferable Skills</u></strong></p><ul><li data-pasted="true">Customer Service: Brings a strong passion for delivering exceptional service through proactive, solution‑focused support.</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Possesses solid knowledge of corporate travel technology platforms and related tools.</li><li>Communication: Excels in written and verbal communication; demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and the ability to represent the Company positively.</li><li>Organization: Works independently with effective time‑management skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, organize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Applies strong critical‑thinking abilities to research and analyze data from various sources, including online tools and purchasing systems.
