This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and departmental leaders across the agency to understand business objectives and develop recruitment strategies that align with the company's mission of delivering innovative healthcare marketing solutions. The Talent Acquisition Partner will maintain robust talent pipelines and leverage data-driven insights to optimize hiring outcomes. full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles, including Account Services, Brand/Engagement/Social Media Strategy, Project Management, Creative (Art/Copy/Design/Studio), Medical Strategy and Communications, and Editorial, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates through strategic sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, create tailored recruitment strategies, and align on success factors for each role.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span agency industry experience</span></strong></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven ability to hire for roles across Account Services, Brand/Engagement/Social Media Strategy, Project Management, Creative (Art/Copy/Design/Studio), Medical Strategy and Communications, and Editorial in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using tools such as <strong>LinkedIn Recruiter</strong>, social media platforms, and other innovative methods.</span><span
