Teachers instruct students online daily both synchronously and asynchronously.</p><p data-pasted="true">The Intervention Specialist supports students in grades kindergarten through HS by providing targeted academic interventions, progress monitoring, and individualized support designed to improve student achievement. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and administrators to identify learning gaps, implement evidence-based instructional strategies, and ensure students receive additional academic support beyond core instruction necessary to succeed academically and socially.<br><br>The ideal candidate is student-centered, data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about helping diverse learners achieve measurable growth.
