We believe teams that openly support and challenge each other are destined to win. </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Role overview</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer who will own the Playwright-based automation strategy and build a stable, scalable testing framework to ensure comprehensive automated test coverage for over 50 marketing landing page projects with frequent updates across all browsers, devices, and screen resolutions using Playwright. </p><p>This role also involves providing technical expertise within the QA automation area — conducting code reviews, supporting architectural decisions, and assisting other teams when needed. The position focuses on maintaining and expanding a flexible, scalable automation framework that adapts to frequent changes in design, functionality, and content — ultimately enabling fast, stable, and high-quality releases</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul><li><strong>Maintain and extend existing Playwright-based automated tests</strong> for landing page projects; </li><li><strong>Develop new UI, functional, and cross-browser automated scenarios</strong> based on project requirements and manual QA checklists; </li><li>Collaborate with manual QA to transform existing checklists into automated coverage; </li><li>Review and improve the structure and stability of current tests, reducing flaky cases; </li><li>Optimize test suites for performance and scalability across <strong>50+ active projects</strong>; </li><li>Work closely with <strong>designers, HTML-coders, frontend team lead, and manual QA</strong> to ensure smooth integration of automation feedback into the development cycle; </li><li>Analyze failed tests, troubleshoot root causes, and coordinate fixes with developers; </li><li>Contribute to refining the automation strategy alongside other automation engineers.</li></ul><p><br/></p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong>Requirements</strong> </p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in QA, including 3+ years in test automation.</li><li>Expert-level experience with Playwright: building, maintaining, and optimizing automated tests. </li><li>Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript for Playwright automation.</li><li>Hands-on experience automating UI, functional, and cross-browser testing scenarios. </li><li>Experience testing responsive and adaptive layouts with pixel-perfect validation. </li><li>Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines or similar). </li><li>Experience working on dynamic, fast-changing projects and adapting tests accordingly. </li><li>Familiarity with code review practices and contributing to architectural decisions for test frameworks. </li><li>Experience with AI-powered tools to support test automation by generating and optimizing tests, creating test data, and improving testing speed and efficiency. </li><li>Basic understanding of API testing and integration scenarios. </li><li>English level B2+</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with Allure dashboards or other test reporting tools.</li><li>Experience with Selenium as a complementary automation tool is a plus. </li><li>Experience with Qase or other test management systems. </li><li>Knowledge of optimizing test suites and reducing flaky test cases. </li><li>Experience setting up parallel test execution in CI environments.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Why do we deserve your attention?</strong></p><p>Not only do we offer fair and competitive pay, but we also provide perks and benefits that support your well-being and growth.
