<p>Cascade Engineering Services is looking for a candidate with experience in Regulatory Compliance in areas of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), RF (Radio Frequency) and Safety. The Regulatory Certifications Program Manager will be a part of a Global Certifications team obtaining regulatory certifications for hardware products in areas of EMC, RF &amp; Safety for international markets.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Obtaining international regulatory certifications for products in the areas of EMC, Radio &amp; Safety Compliance to enable product launches in international markets.</li><li>Tracking and interpreting international EMC, Radio &amp; Safety Regulatory Compliance standard changes and determining applicability to products based on technology and jurisdiction.</li><li>Tracking and managing product user-documentation, labeling and retail packaging updates resulting from regulatory requirement changes. </li><li>Tracking and managing products in sustaining to maintain compliance for continued market access.</li><li>Coordinating and preparing necessary Compliance documentation for submissions to regulatory authorities and preparing Declarations of Conformity (DoC) for product self-declarations.</li><li>Working closely with EMC, Radio &amp; Safety Subject Matter Experts, External Regulatory Labs and Agencies, Product Development Engineers, Product Planners, Marketing, User Assistance, Global subsidiaries and Legal &amp; Localization services to ensure that the products meet global technical &amp; legal requirements.</li></ul> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field </li><li>1+ years of experience in International Regulatory Certifications in areas of EMC, Radio &amp; Safety Compliance</li></ul><p> </p><p>Skills</p><ul><li>Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply electro-technical international regulatory requirements for EMC, Radio &amp; Safety Compliance of consumer electronics for sale in countries such US, Canada, EU, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, India, China, etc.</li><li>Understanding of international product marking and user documentation requirements related to the above areas of Regulatory Compliance</li><li>Understanding of product development/sustaining life cycles and associated impact to product certifications for launch and continued market access</li><li>Excellent technical documentation skills</li><li>Strong cross-functional team skills</li></ul><p> </p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Good practical knowledge of EMC, Radio &amp; Safety test standards and methods</li><li>Electrical Engineering degree</li></ul> <ul><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>401(k)</li></ul><p> </p><p>Pay Range (DOE)</p><p>$85K/yr - $95K/yr</p>
