This position combines phone-based verification, digital investigations, background research, and analytical reporting into one dynamic role. It is ideal for detail-oriented, computer-savvy individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy investigative work that makes a measurable impact.</p><p>• Conducting outbound phone calls to facilities and contacts to verify information and obtain records</p><p>• Establishing rapport quickly and professionally to gather accurate information</p><p>• Performing social media investigations and web-based research to positively identify subjects and collect relevant online data</p><p>• Reviewing databases, public records, claim files, courthouse records, and other resources to assemble comprehensive subject histories</p><p>• Conducting background investigations using available investigative tools and platforms</p><p>• Compiling clear, detailed, and professional investigative reports</p><p>• Organizing and maintaining accurate, confidential case documentation</p><p>• Utilizing Microsoft Office and internet-based research tools to track and document findings</p><p>• Managing multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines</p><p>• Communicating professionally with clients, facilities, and internal team members</p><p>• Following investigative protocols and maintaining strict legal and ethical standards</p><p>• Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality results</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>NOTE:</strong> This role will involve consistent outbound phone activity as well as focused digital research and analysis throughout the workday.</p><p>Requirements</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p><p>• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy</p><p>• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills</p><p>• High level of computer proficiency and web navigation skills</p><p>• Ability to thrive in a structured, deadline-driven environment</p><p>• Strong written communication skills with the ability to compile professional reports</p><p>• Excellent verbal communication skills</p><p>• Strong reading comprehension and ability to interpret detailed information</p><p>• Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information</p><p>• Strong organizational and time management skills</p><p>• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently</p><p>• Professionalism and regular, predictable attendance</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You Will Bring:</strong></p><p>• Prior investigative, research, or analytical experience preferred but not required</p><p>• High school diploma or equivalent required</p><p>• College degree preferred</p><p>• Familiarity with insurance and/or medical terminology preferred</p><p>• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required</p><p>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and general Microsoft Office Suite</p><p>• Proficiency in web navigation, particularly social media platforms and online databases</p><p>• Ability to efficiently navigate multiple browser-based tools and research platforms</p><p>• Must be able to work independently, provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
