And we are growing.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Role Overview: Drive Market Growth as Our Sales Leader</strong></p><p style="margin-left:0in;">As our <strong>Enterprise Sales/Account Executive</strong>, you’ll be responsible for driving <strong>new business opportunities</strong> across health and wellness verticals (e.g. sleep, fitness, nutrition, mental health, women’s health). This is a consultative sales role where you'll sell our <strong>Sleep Intelligence</strong> <strong>SDK/APIs solution</strong> to senior decision-makers. You’ll have the opportunity to shape sales strategy and directly impact our growth trajectory. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and identifying the opportunities to closing the deals.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Prospect & Acquire New Business</strong>: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities with healthcare, wellness, and tech companies to introduce them to Sleep.ai’s Sleep SDK/APIs. The prospecting includes research to identify potential prospects, direct outreach, and scheduling first calls.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Sales Process Ownership</strong>: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and engaging with C-suite executives to closing deals and driving product adoption.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Consultative Selling</strong>: Present and demonstrate the value of our Sleep SDK/APIs, educating prospects on how sleep analytics can transform their products and customer experiences. Clients can expect to liaise with a senior hands-on sales expert.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Collaborate Across Teams</strong>: Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and relay market feedback to improve our offering.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Event & Networking</strong>: Represent Sleep.ai at industry events and conferences to increase visibility, generate leads, and build strategic partnerships.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Pipeline & CRM Management</strong>: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track activities in HubSpot, and provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership.</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Proven Success in B2B SDK/APIs Sales</strong>: 5+ years in B2B SDK/APIS sales, with at least 2+ years in an early-stage or startup environment. SDK/APIS sales experience is a plus.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Hunter Mentality</strong>: You’re skilled in cold outreach and developing relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, product managers, HR leaders).</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Technical Acumen</strong>: Comfortable discussing technical solutions and integrations, and able to convey how our product delivers value.</li><li style="margin-left:0in;"><strong>Entrepreneurial Drive</strong>: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
