<p>We are seeking a full-time, Patient Office Coordinator to join our growing team! We are a private hearing healthcare practice that highly values providing quality patient experiences and bringing forth new and inventive ideas. We provide a full range of services and pride ourselves in our work. This is a remote position preferably in the CST or EST. Hours are Monday-Friday-9AM-5PM.</p><div><p><strong><em>Our Mission:</em></strong></p></div><div><p>Care and service drive everything we do. People come first. And everybody shares a common goal: To help our patients hear their very best.</p><p></p></div><div><p><strong><em>Core Functions and Role Expectations:</em></strong></p></div><ul><li><p>Answer inquiries and obtain information from patients over the phone.</p></li><li><p>Manage patient needs and requests for appointments, service, and support.</p></li><li><p>Schedule patient appointments within each region considering drive times and efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Confirm patient appointments, maintain, and update appointment calendars promptly.</p></li><li><p>Register patients with third parties (if necessary).</p></li><li><p>Input and maintain thorough patients notes in the Practice Management software.</p></li><li><p>Send electronic Patient Intake Forms to new patients.</p></li><li><p>Send Location Info/Directions to patients.</p></li><li><p>Proactively partner with Providers to ensure the patient experience is efficient and seamless.</p></li><li><p>Check order status via our internal processes and/or through 3rd party partner portals.</p></li><li><p>Maintain working knowledge of the most up to date Manufacturer and 3rd Party information to provide a high standard of care with the latest information.</p></li><li><p>Build professional partnerships within regional 3rd Party contacts.</p></li><li><p>Maintain working knowledge and understanding of critical functions within adjacent departments and teams internally.</p></li><li><p>Maintain external positive review feedback from patients.</p></li></ul><div><p><strong><em>Professional Requirements and Expectations:</em></strong></p></div><ul><li><p>Operating hours and work functions to be conducted from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.</p></li><li><p>Practice and maintain exceptional phone skills.</p></li><li><p>Meet all expected deadlines with documentation and processes.</p></li><li><p>Maintain professional and respectful working relationships with internal team members, external partners, and manufacturers always.</p></li><li><p>Engage in an interactive, problem-solving relationship with the patients.</p></li><li><p>Respond to and follow up with emails, calls and voicemails within 24 hours of receipt.</p></li><li><p>Seek to continually improve through training, new ways of operating and providing care.</p></li><li><p>Attend and be punctual for all company meetings and utilize video conferencing technology.</p></li><li><p>Personal information and phone numbers are prohibited. Patient Care Coordinators to use company provided devices and/or equipment for patient communication.</p></li><li><p>Ensure HIPAA compliance is rigorously practiced in all patient interactions.</p></li><li><p>Acknowledge and review Employee Handbook information and new updates.</p></li><li><p>Manage lunch and break times throughout each workday to maintain balance and energy levels.</p></li></ul><div><p><br></p></div><p style="text-align:center;"></p>
