<p>Job Brief:<br />Creative Chaos is looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of machine learning algorithms and technologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and tools to solve complex problems and enhance our products.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.</li><li>Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve AI systems.</li><li>Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into existing applications.</li><li>Research and implement the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and tweak as necessary.</li><li>Provide technical support to other teams in utilizing AI solutions effectively.</li><li>Document development processes, model designs, and results to ensure reproducibility and efficiency.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and share best practices with the team.</li><li>Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the AI initiatives within the company.</li></ul> <ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role in artificial intelligence development.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI.</li><li>Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.</li><li>Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques.</li><li>Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Passion for technology and a drive to stay current with industry trends and advancements.</li></ul>
