Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via HR@curalinc.com. <br> <br> <u>Primary Responsibilities </u></div> <ul> <li>Manage the Business Relationship with a Defined Book of Large-Market Employer Clients</li> <li>Provide Consultative Recommendations to Help Clients Maximize the Value of the EAP and/or Wellness Program(s)</li> <li>Work with Client Plan Sponsor(s) to Develop Client-Specific Engagement Strategy for EAP and/or Wellness Program(s)</li> <li>Evaluate and Refine all Aspects of Program Performance, Both Internally and Externally</li> <li>Develop and Maintain an Understanding of the Role of CuraLinc's Product Suite within the Healthcare Benefits Landscape</li> <li>Represent CuraLinc Healthcare in Client Presentations, Both Current and Prospective Clients  </li> </ul> <div><u>Key Skills and Competencies </u></div> <ul> <li>Excellent Presentation and Written Communication Skills</li> <li>Strong Project Management and Organizational Expertise</li> <li>Hard-Working, Results-Driven, Able to Work Autonomously in a Fast-Paced Environment</li> <li>Proactive Approach to Job Responsibilities</li> <li>Self-Motivated, Driven, Highly-Organized, Detail-Oriented </li> </ul> <div><u>Required/Minimum Qualifications  </u></div> <ul> <li>Seven (7) or More Years of B2B Account Management/Client Services Experience in Health Care, Employee Benefits or Insurance (EAP, Wellness/Wellbeing, Clinic, TPA, Carrier, Broker, PBM, Medical Mgmt., Health Technology, etc.)</li> <li>Stable Employment History</li> <li>BS/BA Degree</li> <li>Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite</li> </ul> <div>This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical coverage insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.<br> <br> CuraLinc is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin or disability.<br>  </div><br>
