While this role is listed as remote, it is a Field Operations position that requires 100% travel within the Detroit, Michigan market.</p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, conducting monthly visits and quarterly business reviews using Microsoft Power BI.</li><li>Drive sales by introducing new products and categories, ensuring continuous business growth.</li><li>Monitor weekly sales analytics to track progress toward goals.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities to secure accounts within designated territory.</li><li>Manage in-store merchandising, including product placement, label updates, restocking, and ensuring promotions are properly set.</li><li>Support resets and new store setups as needed.</li><li>Process orders, ensure promotional materials are in place, and handle authorized returns.</li><li>Work closely with managers and merchandisers to address any concerns and resolve issues.</li><li>Maintain accurate account records and complete all required paperwork and electronic checklists.</li><li>Submit weekly expense reports and adhere to company maintenance directives.</li><li>Maintain an updated printed sales book to showcase products to potential buyers.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong sales and presentation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.</li><li>Demonstrated success in customer service and account management.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.</li><li>Valid drivers license with a clean record and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.</li><li>Travel 100%. 3-4 Days Per Week of Overnight travel required.</li></ul><p><strong>Comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, and vision insurance (free vision for employee only option)</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive medical benefits (including PPO options, as well as a Qualified High-Deductible Health Plan (QHDHP) option with Health Savings Account)</li><li>Dental and vision insurance</li><li>Company-paid life insurance and AD&D (Accidental Death & Dismemberment), with additional voluntary coverage options available for the employee and qualified dependents</li><li>Paid Time Off, including holidays</li><li>Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li><li>401(k) plan with employer match</li></ul>
