DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer- brand partnerships.<p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <p></p> <div style="text-align: justify;">We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager to join our expanding entertainment division where you’ll be responsible for creating innovative and engaging social media campaigns for TV or film projects.<br>This role will be tasked with executing social strategies, conceptualizing social creative and engaging with<br>audiences across social media channels.<p></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Your Impact</b><div>● Manage innovative and engaging social media campaigns<br>● Ideate social media content buckets and creative<br>● Post content to all social media channels<br>● Facilitate community management on all social media channels<br>● Build out content calendars and create a timeline for each campaign<br>● Write creative copy and adjust voice/tone as needed<br>● Administer reporting and analytics</div><p><br></p><b>Your Experience</b><div>● 2-3 years of experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency<br>environment<br>● Experience working across social campaigns in entertainment or TV<br>● Experience posting on all platforms, as well as best practices for each (TikTok, Instagram,<br>Facebook, Twitter/X, Reddit)<br>● Ability to juggle multiple tasks and still meet deadlines<br>● Strong copywriting skills<br>● Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills<br>● Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team</div><p><br></p><b>Availability</b><div> <ul> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">M-F: 9am-6pm PST</li> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">Must be flexible towards working nights & routine work-weekends</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><p></p>\n<div>$52,000 - $62,000 a year</div><small><div>The salary range for this role is $52,000 - $62,000 per year and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific. </div> <div> </div> <div>We also know how important benefits are to your overall compensation package and take them seriously.
